Terms for the PatentSC subscription prototype.
Service scope
PatentSC provides AI-assisted patent intelligence reports based on public patent publication information and imported source files. The service is not a patent database, patent law firm, patent agency, investment adviser, or guarantee of complete global coverage.
Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions are intended to be billed through Stripe Subscription. Users should be able to cancel or manage billing through the Stripe Customer Portal when production billing is connected.
Source verification
Reports may include AI-generated summaries and hypotheses. Users are responsible for reviewing original patent publications and consulting qualified professionals before making legal, technical, investment, or commercial decisions.
