Production accepts Excel and Word files after storage and parser integrations are connected.

Batch note

Demo mode only. Production should connect file storage, parser jobs, LLM prompts, human review, and email sending.

Step 1

Review subscribers

See subscribers, selected companies, selected technology areas, frequency, and expired-patent preferences.

Step 2

Import source files

Upload Excel or Word files exported from a patent research tool. The production system should avoid redistributing raw exports.

Step 3

Run AI classification

Classify publications by company, office, technology area, importance, product direction, and innovation prompt.

Step 4

Generate and send

Create templated email summaries, attach or link PDF reports, and include audio links for paid plans.

Recommended production stack: Supabase for subscribers and watchlists, Stripe for subscription status, Resend or Postmark for email, Cloudflare R2 or Supabase Storage for reports and audio files, and OpenAI/Claude/Gemini for AI summaries.
